1. Hello I was contacted by David M Rodriguez at 6pm Australian time, could you tell me if this is a FRAUD, just I’ve picked up on a few things that seem strange. His on Facebook, but apparently doesn’t know how to use it, said his son Kenny passed away and he has a 11 year old Grandson that goes to Military College. I really would like to know, this is the picture being used.
